一辆冰场接客巴士来到冰场前，旅客下车，排队等候。不久，一辆冰川探索车(Ice Explorer)开来，司机安第(Andy)下车，站在门边，欢迎旅客上车。
安第：Hi, everybody, welcome aboard our Ice Explorer….(各位好！欢迎登上我们的冰川探索车……)
旅客全部上车。安第上车，开动，将冰川探索车开下陡坡，走上冰原。车窗两侧冰川风光。
安第(为旅客讲解)：On August 18th, 1898，Norman Collie and Hermann Woolley explored the mountains along the Great Divide in the wilds of the Canadian Rockies. They climbed to the summit of Mt. Athabasca. They were the first recorded people to look out over the great plateau of ice, which is now known as the Columbia Icefield under our Ice Explorer.
